Appointed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Leads strategic reform of school feeding, child nutrition systems, programme accountability, M&E, digital governance architecture, and geospatial targeting — driving the federal target to feed 50 million pupils by 2026 and positioning school feeding as a National Human Capital Stabilization System.

Snacks for Thought

A breakfast initiative launched in Kano under RH–NHGSFP, designed to close the morning-nutrition gap for primary school pupils and improve learning outcomes. Phased rollout to additional states is underway.

2026 National Target

50 Million Pupils

Coordinating the scale-up of the Renewed Hope school feeding architecture to reach fifty million pupils by 2026 — embedded within a broader Alternate Education framework targeting twenty million out-of-school children.
